Built by people who got tired of forcing an appointment app to run a real job.
Relevant started with a simple frustration: every contractor we talked to was running their operation through tools designed for one-truck home-service businesses — book an appointment, ring the bell, charge the card, leave.
That model breaks the moment your work involves a scope of work, a crew on site for two weeks, a subcontractor doing the rough-in, a change order halfway through, and an invoice that has to reconcile against contracted scope. Calendar-first CRMs were never built for that. So most contractors stitch together spreadsheets, group texts, paper folders, and three half-used apps.
We built Relevant for that work specifically. Internal crews and subcontractors are first-class. Scope is a real object you can dispatch. Jobs have a lifecycle that respects how they actually run. The dashboard answers contractor questions, not service-business questions.
We are headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, and we work closely with the contractors using the product. If you are running scope-based work with crews and subs, we want to hear from you.
